For purposes of this chapter, the terms and phrases set forth below shall be given the meaning and scope stated for each of them:\n(a) Board. — The Examining Board of Expert Electricians.\n(b) Expert electrician. — A person authorized by the Examining Board of Expert Electricians to practice the profession, work on electrical installations and with high and low-voltage electrical materials and equipment.\n(c) Expert electrician’s assistant. — A skilled person authorized by the Examining Board of Expert Electricians to work under the supervision of a collegiated [sic] expert electrician, helping and assisting him/her in his/her profession.\n(d) Expert apprentice electrician. — An unskilled person authorized by the Examining Board of Expert Electricians to work under the supervision of a collegiated [sic] expert electrician, helping and assisting him/her in his/her profession.\n(e) Electrical installation. — The placing of electrical material, equipment or devices for the purpose of using electric power.\nHistory —June 2, 1976, No. 115, p. 334, § 2; June 12, 1980, No. 123, p. 443, § 2; June 1, 1984, No. 46, p. 122, § 1; Nov. 6, 1992, No. 86, § 1.
