The Board shall collect the following fees:\n$ 25 for each examination.\n$ 75 for each original license issued.\n$ 15 for a duplicate of a misplaced or lost license.\n$75 for recertification.\n$ 75 for a license issued to opticians from any state of the United States having an agreement of reciprocity with the Board of Opticians of Puerto Rico.\nThe funds generated by the fees established in this section shall be covered into the Health Fund created by §§ 3001 et seq. of Title 24, to cover the operating expenses of the Office for the Regulation and Certification of Health Professionals.\nHistory —June 3, 1976, No. 152, p. 448, § 6; Sept. 1, 1990, No. 82, p. 484, § 5.
