The Board of Examiners of Opticians of Puerto Rico may establish reciprocity relations or agreements for the granting of a license without an examination, with those entities of the United States of America which grant licenses through examination, but which have requirements equivalent to those established in this title for obtaining an optician’s license.\nHistory —June 3, 1976, No. 152, p. 448, § 8, renumbered as § 9 and amended on Sept. 1, 1990, No. 82, p. 484, § 8.
