Every person admitted to the examination for the first time under the previous sections shall be entitled to be issued a provisional license by the Board to practice nursing in Puerto Rico pursuant to the provisions of §§ 203—203r of this title. The candidate shall pay the sum of ten dollars ($10) by a certified check, postal or bank money order drawn to the order of the Secretary of the Treasury with the application for reexamination.
