The Board may revoke a license, after having given written notice of the violations incurred and hearing, when:\n(a) The operator is mentally or physically unfit and his/her incapability is proven before the Board by a medical expert.\n(b) The operator has incurred violations of this chapter.\n(c) The operator has incurred gross negligence in the practice of his/her occupation in the judgment of the Board.\n(d) The license had been obtained by fraudulent means or was granted by mistake.\n(e) The operator is a narcotic drug addict or a habitual drunk according to the standards provided for those purposes under the collective bargaining agreement between the agency and the union to shich he/she belongs.\nHistory —July 13, 1978, No. 53, p. 528, § 17; Jan. 16, 2002, No. 29, § 19.
