Any person who does not hold a license issued by the Board, shall be deemed to be practicing podiatric medicine illegally, who:\n(a) Writes, drafts or publishes a notice or advertisement purporting to be legally qualified to practice podiatric medicine.\n(b) Offers podiatric medical services by means of any notice, announcement, or otherwise.\n(c) Purports to be qualified to examine, diagnose, treat or prevent foot diseases or ailments.\n(d) Examines, diagnoses, treats, prevents or looks after any foot disease, with or without remuneration for such services.\nProvided, That whatever is provided herein shall not be interpreted as limiting or restricting the practice of medicine or surgery in Puerto Rico.\nHistory —July 20, 1979, No. 170, p. 433, § 13; Apr. 11, 2000, No. 61, § 9.
