By this chapter, all persons holding a license to practice the profession of veterinary medicine in Puerto Rico are constituted in a legal entity denominated the 'College of Veterinarians of Puerto Rico' with its legal domicile in San Juan, provided the majority of them do so agree in a referendum which shall be held as provided hereinbelow.\nHistory —July 10, 1986, No. 107, p. 340, § 1.
