The members of the College of Veterinarians of Puerto Rico shall pay dues each year on the date or dates [set] by the bylaws. The first dues shall be [set] by mandate of the General Constituti[ve] Assembly of the College of Veterinarians of Puerto Rico. The Regular Annual Assembly may provide for changes in the annual dues.
