Any member who fails to pay his dues and who is otherwise qualified as a member of the College of Veterinarians of Puerto Rico shall be required to pay them and admonished that if he does not do so within a maximum of sixty (60) days from date of notice he shall be suspended as a member of College of Veterinarians.
