Every real estate proprietor, broker or company, duly registered in the Department of Consumer Affairs pursuant to § 3047 of this title, shall file with said Department all information related to offerings for the sale of real property located outside of Puerto Rico, all promotional material related thereto, all documents that shall be used in the real property sales transaction, and any other information that is required by this chapter or by the Secretary of Consumer Affairs as pertinent to comply with the purposes of this chapter.\nHistory —Apr. 26, 1994, No. 10, § 25, eff. 90 days after Apr. 26, 1994.
