In addition to the requirements stated in §§ 3047 and 3048 of this title, said real estate proprietor, broker or company shall be bound to report any change in the information or documentation required in § 3047 of this title, and to report any new information or promotional material related to the real property for which an initial registration has already been made.\nHistory —Apr. 26, 1994, No. 10, § 26, eff. 90 days after Apr. 26, 1994.
