Any person or entity that, directly or indirectly, with the intention or the promise of receiving compensation, offers, attempts or agrees to perform a real estate transaction as defined in this chapter for another person, whether as a part of a real estate transaction or the complete transaction in itself, shall be deemed a broker, salesperson or company, under said definition.\nThe commission of one single action by a person who is required to hold a license, without having it, shall constitute a violation of this chapter; Provided, further, That each act shall be considered as a separate violation.\nHistory —Apr. 26, 1994, No. 10, § 36, eff. 90 days after Apr. 26, 1994.
