The publications to which §§ 191—193 of this title refer shall be distributed as follows:(a) Two (2) copies to the office of the Chancellor of the University;(b) five (5) copies to the General Library of said institution, and(c) twenty (20) copies to the School of Law of the same institution; Provided, That delivery of these publications shall be made by the Secretary of State directly and individually to each one of the offices of the Chancellor, the General Librarian, and the Librarian of the School of Law, respectively.
