It shall be the duty of the Secretary of the Senate and the Clerk of the House of Representatives to supervise the revision, classification, arrangement, and publication in English and in Spanish of the scientifically annotated recodification of the codes and laws in effect in Puerto Rico, carried out by a printing establishment contracted for these purposes in accordance with § 225 of this title, including the Annotations of the Decisions of the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico. The Secretary of the Senate and the Clerk of the House of Representatives shall establish the adequate procedure to carry out the purposes of this section.
