(a) The Secretary of State is hereby directed to deposit, at no cost, in the central office and in each of the local offices of the Legal Assistance Society, a set in Spanish of the Laws of Puerto Rico Annotated and supplements thereto, up to a maximum of twelve (12) sets.(b) The sets and supplements of the Laws of Puerto Rico Annotated deposited by the Secretary of State in the offices of the Legal Assistance Society shall be returned to said Secretary of State in the event of the dissolution of the Society.
