Whenever both Houses shall resolve to include some writing or specific publication in the Legislative Journal, it shall not be necessary to publish same in the section corresponding to each House, but the publication thereof in one section, with a reference thereto in the section of the Legislative Journal corresponding to the other House, shall be sufficient.
