The Legislative Library shall be composed of the books, maps, profiles, pamphlets, magazines, bulletins and publications now owned by the Library of the Legislative Service Office, as well as of all such other material as it may acquire in the course of time through purchase, donation, cession, barter, exchange, deposit or reserve.
