The heads of executive departments, bureaus, commissions, agencies and instrumentalities are hereby authorized to deliver from time to time to the Legislative Library, for its use, any books, publications, documents, maps, or other bibliographical material of the entities under their direction which is no longer needed thereby and which, in the opinion of the Director of the Legislative Service Office, is adequate to be filed and used by the Legislative Library.
