The Director of the Legislative Service Office or his duly authorized representative may accept as a loan or deposit such bibliographical material belonging to persons or entities, as he may consider of interest to the Legislative Library, all according to the terms and conditions established by the parties and the regulations in force approved pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
