For the purposes of this chapter, the following terms and phrases shall have the meanings stated below:(1) Office of the Superintendent of the Capitol Building.— Means the entity with legal capacity to acquire by title, real estate property, and which is charged with the upkeep, maintenance, extension, construction, remodeling, and any similar activities required to maintain the buildings and grounds of the Commonwealth Capitol Building in optimum condition.(2) Superintendent.— Means the person who shall represent, head, and supervise the Office of the Superintendent of the Capitol Building.(3) Capitol.— Means the main building and the other buildings connected thereto which house the Legislature as well as their surroundings.
