The State Capitol Endowment Fund of the Legislative Assembly is hereby created, hereinafter the Endowment Fund, to be attached to the Office of the Superintendent of the Capitol, with such duties and powers as provided below. History —Mar. 30, 2011, No. 40, § 1.1, eff. July 1, 2011.
