The Endowment Fund shall render an annual report to the Legislative Assembly, not later than March 1 of every year, which report shall include but not limited to:(a) A full account of the Trust’s activities for the preceding fiscal year.(b) A full and detailed account of all its contracts and transactions for the fiscal year to which the report corresponds.(c) Complete information of the status and progress of its financing and other activities up to the date of its last report.(d) A Work Plan for the current fiscal year.
