All works of art and collections of objects of historic and cultural value acquired by the Senate, the House of Representatives, the Office of Legislative Services, or the Office of the Superintendent of the Capitol, as well as those in the possession of the Legislative Assembly as a deposit, shall be transferred to the Museum for their management, maintenance, and conservation.It is hereby provided that the Museum shall be the only entity authorized to transact the acquisition, through purchase or deposit, of any works of art or collections of objects of historical and cultural value to be exhibited in the Legislative Assembly.
