The Museum shall be directed and managed by a Board of Directors. Said Board shall be composed of the members who take part in the State Capitol Endowment Fund of the Legislative Assembly, including the Superintendent of the State Capitol. All the powers and duties of the Museum shall be discharged by said Board. Additionally, the Chairs of the Committees on Tourism and Culture of the House of Representatives and the Senate shall be members of such Board. These latter members may participate in meetings and activities conducted by the Board; however, the Chairs of such Committees shall not be entitled to vote or intervene in the decision-making process or in agreements reached by the Board. The Board of Directors shall adopt the norms, rules, bylaws, and procedures to discharge its powers and enforce the authorities conferred to the Museum under §§ 672a and 672b of this title.
