The Museum shall render an annual report on its operations to the Legislative Assembly of Puerto Rico, not later than March 1 of every year, which shall include, but not limited to:(a) An account of the activities carried out by the Museum during the preceding year;(b) a full account of the transactions conducted during the fiscal year to which the report corresponds;(c) a financial statement, and(d) a work plan for the following fiscal year.
