The Executive Director of the Board shall be the Superintendent of the Capitol, who shall have all such powers delegated on him/her by the Board and which are pertinent to the Trust’s management.The Executive Director may, with the consent of and subject to the norms established by the Board, contract and establish the terms and conditions of employment of any additional personnel as the Trust may need.
