The Advisory Board of the Capitol District is hereby created with the purpose of advising the Superintendent of the Capitol, whenever he/she so requests, on specific issues that directly affect the area that the District shall encompass, as provided in Section 1 of this Act [sic.]. The Advisory Board of the Capitol District shall be composed of three (3) members: one (1) Building Conservation Architect, one (1) Engineer, and one (1) Art Historian. The members of the Advisory Board shall be appointed by the Superintendent of the Capitol, with the advice and consent of the Presiding Officers of both Legislative Bodies.
