The Ombudsman shall submit annual reports to the Legislative Assembly and to the Governor during the second week of the month of January of each year, containing his undertakings, studies and investigations, and shall also submit such other special reports which he deems convenient or may be required by the Legislative Assembly and the Governor.Provided, That the Office of the Controller of Puerto Rico shall annually review the reports and documents related to the management and use of public funds by the Ombudsman’s Office.
