The Office of Ombudsman shall not be subject to the provisions of §§ 931—934d of Title 3, on rental rates, nor Act No. 96 of June 29, 1954, known as the 'Procurement and Supplies Act'.It is also exempted from the provisions of §§ 283—283p and 931—934d of Title 3 and 103 of Title 23.
