The participants in the Legislative Internship Program shall be students at the undergraduate level who have completed half or more of the requirements needed to obtain a Bachelor’s Degree, or who are, attending a postgraduate course of studies and are enrolled in post-secondary educational institutions located in Puerto Rico.
