The funds needed to implement the provisions of this chapter and to enforce the same in subsequent years shall be consigned in the Joint Resolution of the General Expenses Budget of the Government of Puerto Rico, as a separate item under the entry for Joint Activities of the Legislature of Puerto Rico. Said sum shall be appropriated and revised each year according to the needs of the Legislative Internship Program of the Legislature of Puerto Rico, in the event said needs should be greater.
