The following terms shall have, for the purposes of this chapter, the meaning stated below:(a) Agency.— Shall mean any federal agency participating in the 'Pilar Barbosa Educational Internships Program', created by this chapter.(b) Joint Committee.— Shall mean the Joint Committee of the 'Pilar Barbosa Educational Internships Program', created by this chapter.(c) Federal dependency.— Shall mean any office of the Congress of the United States and other Federal offices or dependencies participating in the 'Pilar Barbosa Educational Internships Program', created by this chapter.(d) Intern.— Shall mean high school teachers and university professors teaching courses leading to a bachelor’s degree who are selected to participate in the 'Pilar Barbosa Educational Internships Program', created by this chapter.
