Every member of the Legislature shall be entitled to nominate one (1) candidate per semester for the Dr. Jaime Benítez Legislative Internships Program. The Joint Committee shall select the interns and ensure that there is representation of the nominees of legislators from all the political parties with representatives in the Legislature among the candidates selected.
