Each designated agency shall adopt legislative donations regulations which shall establish, among other things, all the norms and regulations for the granting, use and supervision of said donations. These regulations shall be adopted pursuant to the provisions of §§ 2101 et seq. of Title 3, known as the 'Uniform Administrative Procedure Act of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico', and shall be filed immediately after their approval, as well as any other subsequent amendment, in the Secretariat of each Legislative House.
