Any person shall incur a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be sanctioned with a fine of no less than five hundred dollars ($500), in the event he/she:(a) Fails to comply with the obligation of submitting the reports required by this chapter.(b) Refuses, without a justifiable cause, to submit or deliver any record or document related to a legislative donation requested by any official or employee of a designated agency authorized to examine and audit the books, accounts and documents that justify the use of the donation.(c) Incurs violations to the regulations adopted for the implementation of this chapter.
