The Superintendent shall be empowered to accept financial aid of any kind, including donations, whether in cash, technical services or equipment originating from nonprofit institutions, the Government of the United States of America, the Government of Puerto Rico, or any instrumentality, agency or political subdivision thereof, in order to achieve the purposes of this chapter.\nHistory —Mar. 30, 2011, No. 42, § 15.
