For the purposes of §§ 140g—140 l of this title, the term 'enterprise' includes:(1) A corporation;(2) a partnership;(3) a professional association;(4) an individual business;(5) any business entity similar to the above, or(6) a joint program formed by the combination of any of the businesses listed in the above subsections of this section.
