At the discretion of the Co-Chairpersons, all officials and employees of the Senate and the House of Representatives shall render all necessary services to the Committee, without earning any additional compensation, therefore, except the compensatory time accrued. The designation of the officials and employees whose services are required by the Committee shall be made in consultation with the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House.
