(a) The account shall be filed with the court to which the writ is returnable within twenty (20) days after the service. (b) In the case of wage garnishments, supplementary accounts shall be filed monthly thereafter until one of three (3) events occurs: (1) The entire amount of plaintiff’s demand and costs of suit has been collected by the garnishee and reported to the court. (2) The defendant is no longer employed by the garnishee. (3) Plaintiff has released the garnishee from any obligation to file further accounts.
