§ 10-9-1-10

(a) 'DNA Testing' means forensic deoxyribonucleic acid testing. (b) 'Agent' means a firm, person or corporation to whom the Rhode Island state police or local municipal police department entrusts or delivers evidence to undergo DNA testing. History of Section.P.L. 2002, ch. 386, § 1.
