§ 11-41-25

Every person who shall siphon or otherwise steal gasoline from a motor vehicle shall be punished by a fine of not more than two hundred dollars ($200) for the first offense, and thereafter by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500). History of Section.P.L. 1980, ch. 145, § 1.
