§ 11-52-1-4

Any person who is convicted of a violation of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a felony punishable by imprisonment for not more than five (5) years, or a fine of not more than five thousand dollars ($5,000) per offense, or both. History of Section.P.L. 2006, ch. 558, § 1.
