§ 11-54-2

Any person who performs any of the acts prohibited by this chapter shall be guilty of a felony and shall be punished by a fine of at least one thousand dollars ($1,000) or shall be imprisoned for a period of at least one year, or both. History of Section.P.L. 1981, ch. 231, § 1.
