§ 11-60-2

As used in this chapter: (1) 'Licensed health care professional' means a physician, surgeon, podiatrist, osteopath, osteopathic physician and surgeon, physician assistant, nurse, nurse anesthetist, dentist, or pharmacist licensed pursuant to title 5.
