Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be subject to a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000), or shall be imprisoned for not more than one year, or both. History of Section.P.L. 2001, ch. 282, § 1.
