§ 12-1-5-12

The department of health shall be authorized, for good cause shown, to revoke or suspend the right of a forensic DNA laboratory within this state to access or exchange DNA identification records with criminal justice agencies. History of Section.P.L. 1998, ch. 33, § 1; P.L. 1998, ch. 120, § 1.
