(a) An income withholding order issued pursuant to this chapter shall remain in full force and effect until modified or revoked. (b) The order may be modified or revoked by the court upon application and for good cause shown, provided that the payment by the obligor of all support arrearages shall not be the sole basis for modification or revocation of the income withholding order.
