§ 15-23-1-102

(a) The Rhode Island family court, and, where specifically authorized by law, the Rhode Island division of taxation within the department of administration are the tribunals of this state. (b) The Rhode Island family court, and, where specifically authorized by law, the Rhode Island division of taxation within the department of administration are the support enforcement agencies of this state.
