§ 16-21-5-5

For the purposes of this chapter, 'elementary school pupils' are the pupils who are enrolled in kindergarten or any grades 1 to 8, inclusive. 'High school pupils' are the pupils who are enrolled in any grades 9 to 12, inclusive. History of Section.P.L. 2005, ch. 409, § 1.
