§ 17-12-1-12

For the purposes of this chapter the following terms have the meaning indicated as follows: (1) 'Political party' is defined as provided in § 17-1-2(9). (2) 'Uncommitted' means a candidate for delegate not approved by, obligated, or committed to any particular presidential contender.
